Getting back in shape

So nursing school has been keeping me insanely busy and I feel like I have no life other than studying and working.  Therefore my body has gone way down hill!  I’m still the size 2 that I’ve been but I’ve lost a good deal of the muscle I’ve always had.  So from this day forward I’m getting back in shape and back into blogging!

I found the time to go to the gym for 30 minutes tonight.  I did 15 minutes on the CrossRamp and then 15 minutes on the bike.  I know its not much but hey its a start!  I vow to now go to the gym at least 3-4 days a week after work. So here’s to hoping I can do it!

5 hours of classes…

I’ve been sitting in class for 4 hours so far. In the same room. In the same seat. I had one class for 2 hours first, had short break, had two more hours of class, another break and now I’m waiting for my third and final class to start. Then I get to go to work for 3 hours. Fridays will be my longest day! But luckily after work I get to go see my husband!
